BetWinner’s management collects information about its users, stores it, and puts it to use only within the limits set by the contract and the law. When a client accepts the rules during registration, they consent to that information being used to register them, verify their details, guard the account against hacking, and head off other illegal activity.
How Your Data Is Stored
Your personal, betting, and payment details go to third parties in one situation only: when the laws of the country whose jurisdiction covers you have been broken. The same holds for Betwinner’s role in the anti-money laundering program. Records can also reach the authorities when a user stands accused of fraud, or of using someone else’s personal data.
When a player chooses to close their account, we erase every piece of personal data tied to it. That covers:
- Home address.
- Email and phone number.
- Payment details.
- A record of the bets placed.
- Deposit and withdrawal history.
- Personal statistics.
Protecting that data is something the company works at on several fronts. Traffic runs over a secure connection, the certificates stay current, and accounts get re-checked at regular intervals so any takeover by hackers is caught early.

A major part of our security work is fighting any attempt to turn the platform into a tool for crime. In practice, that means money laundering and the financing of extremist or terrorist organizations.
Should the bookmaker suspect that money landing in a client’s account came from crime, or that it is meant to move on to an illegal group or organization, it reports the matter to the relevant authorities.
The documents users hand over for verification are kept on file, and so are the records of every financial transaction, all held on the company’s own servers. Suspicious customer activity is watched as it happens. When something looks off, or a rule appears to have been broken, a check follows, and while it runs the company may freeze the balance and decline to process any operations.
Worth adding: the company is under no duty to tell you about those suspicions, or about handing your data to the police or other supervisory bodies. International law grants it that right.
Accepting the Betwinner rules at sign-up commits users to a few things. Give genuine information about yourself, never use documents that belong to someone else, and don’t open extra accounts. An account also can’t be used to break the law or to hide income earned through crime. Break those terms and the administration ends the service on its own initiative. Where criminal activity looks likely, the data goes straight to law enforcement.
